SNS Top 21 - LA State Recruiting Rankings

The initial "SNS Top 21" for the Class of 2013, ranking the state of Louisiana's top prosects, has been released.  As always, the rankings are complete with evals of each player and video of the prospects whenever available.  I've also got a watch list of players who were considered for inclusion but just didn't quite make the cut.
